Meet BBCAN 5 Contestant: Bruno Lelo

Bruno Ielo

Bruno Ielo was a contestant in the Big Brother Canada Season 3 (BBCAN3) show and also returned to compete in the Big Brother Canada Season 5 (BBCAN5) show. Bruno Ielo was born on the 11th of April, 1983 in Ottawa, Ontario. Bruno Ielo is the first houseguest from Ottawa, Ontario. Bruno Ielo is a construction worker.

Bruno Ielo became the 6th jury member of the Big Brother Canada Season 3 (BBCAN3) show as he was evicted on the 56th day placing him in 7th position. Bruno Ielo’s loyalties in the Big Brother Canada Season 3 (BBCAN3) show were Bobby Hlad, Godfrey Mangwiza and Graig Merritt. 

He won the Head of House (HOH) title once and it was in the 4th week. Bruno Ielo also won the Power of Veto (POV) competition two times in the Big Brother Canada Season 3 (BBCAN3) show and it was in the 4th week and Day 49. He was also nominated for eviction in the 1st week. Bruno Ielo was the last male houseguest in the Big Brother Canada Season 5 (BBCAN5) show that was nominated for eviction after he had survived 8 weeks without being nominated.

Bruno Ielo returned to the show fully prepared. Bruno Ielo was the only male returning houseguest in the Big Brother Canada Season 5 (BBCAN5) show on the jury as both Dallas Cormier and Gary Levy were evicted pre-jury. His loyalties in the Big Brother Canada Season 5 show were  Kevin Martin, Sindy Nguyen, Mark Chrysler and Neda Kalantar. Bruno Ielo did not win the Head of House (HOH) title throughout his stay in the Big Brother Canada Season 5 (BBCAN5) show.  

Bruno Ielo won the Power of Veto (POV) competition once in the 1st week of the show. He is the first houseguest to win a Power of Veto (POV) during the Triple eviction. In both Big Brother Canada Season 3 and Season 5 show, Bruno Ielo  lost two Power of Veto (POV) competitions and it was realized that both happened when he was evicted. 

Bruno Ielo participated in a lot of activities in the Big Brother Canada Season 5 (BBCAN5) show. One of which is a game played on the 25th day. In this competition, each houseguests had a bucket and they would privately place ten cookies into the bucket of the houseguests that they wanted to be Have-Nots for the week. Unknown to the players, the houseguests with the least cookies would be the Have-Nots for the week. Bruno Ielo was one of the Have-Not for that week.

Bruno Ielo was nominated for eviction once and it was in the 7th week of the Big Brother Canada Season 5 (BBCAN5) show. Bruno Ielo was the 2nd houseguest that was evicted all because of the Coup d’Etat twist, following Jessie Godderz. He became the third member of the jury house as he was evicted on the 48th day. Bruno Ielo was placed 9th in the Big Brother Canada Season 5 (BBCAN5) show. Bruno Ielo won the prize of $490.
