Craig uses this phone to call Mr Harrigan’s old number in order to tell him about those torturing his (Craig) life. The young boy then finds out later on the Mr Harrigan actually hears his pleas and avenges him from beyond the grave.

Charlie Cullen, fellow kind nurse, starts at Amy’s unit and also begins to help her out, the two become close friends.

 

Amy is later forced to risk her life to uncover the truth behind series of patients’ deaths which have been linked to Charlie Cullen.
