Prior to being one of the first set of Houseguests on the Big Brother Canada show, Peter was a vlogger creating video contents on his YouTube Channel, Parker Jakowhitz with over 50,000 subscribers and 6 million views.
His skill in the digital content creation sector saw him through a work position at Canada’s largest YouTube Network, Broadband TV.
The mean, funny and intelligent Canadian Performer is from Millville, New Brunswick and has a knack for mental competitions and knacks. Peter Brown has however been able to carve niches for himself into different fields, both Sports and Entertainment.
After his high school education from Nackawic High School in 2004, Peter proceeded to the University of Brunswick where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Arts. The quest for further and standard certifications made him apply to British Columbia where he bagged another degree in Arts. He later went on to Vancouver film school where he graduated with a degree in filmmaking and also worked as a teaching assistant.
In his pursuit in the Sports sector, Peter had become a pro wrestling manager and color commentator broadcaster for the Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling. He had once competed on Gillette Drafted season 3, a reality TV Competition solely for sports broadcasters. He went on to become an editor for long and short content at Third Eye Productions
While on the show, Peter Brown was popularly known for always yelling in the BBCAN diary room. Alongside Alec Beall, Peter Brown formed the first Alliance on the BBCAN show, Sheyld Alliance and via the alliance, Peter was able to successfully evict Topaz of the Secret Wedding alliance. He was the first HouseGuest to win the Power of Veto (POV) at the two different times of the double eviction weeks
Peter Brown got evicted on the 57th day, the same night Gary Levy got recalled into the BBCAN show. His eviction was orchestrated by Jillian MacLuaghlin, the winner of the BBCAN1 show.
Through the power vested in the head of household, Jillian nominated Peter and Andrew Monaghan for possible eviction. Lucky Andrew won the Power of Veto on Wednesday night which automatically saved Andrew from Friday’s eviction.
Jillian was forced to nominate another Houseguest in replacement of Andrew, her choice of Tallas Rajaei nullified Peter’s luck at entering the finals. Tallas was more loved and popular and a vote which confirmed this evicted Peter Brown.
After the eviction, Peter Brown went back to a semi celebrity life. His appearance on the show expanded his social media reach by a boost of over 50,000 followers. Peter is still active in the entertainment industry.
For two consecutive years, Peter Brown hosted the Big Brother Canada Sideshow alongside Gary Level, BBCAN1 Co HouseGuests and original BBCAN host Arisa Cox.
Peter Brown is now a writer who has completed his second novel and he is still very much active on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
